Meet Jill
Jill is a somatic guide and intuitive energy practitioner working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and energetic healing.
Her work blends somatic movement, yin yoga, and intuitive energy practices (including Reiki-based healing) to support release, regulation, and reconnection to the body. She holds space for experiences that range from quiet, restorative sessions to deeper emotional and energetic clearing, always guided by what the system is ready for in the moment.
Alongside her formal training as a certified yin yoga instructor and Reiki Master, Jill brings an intuitive, lived understanding of the body through years of equestrian experience, deep connection with animals, and a grounded relationship to nature and the land.
She also is a sourdough baker, mother, and lifelong student of both structure and intuition — bridging the practical and the energetic in all that she creates.
Her approach is simple: the body knows how to move toward balance when it is given the space, safety, and support to do so.
Sessions may include somatic grounding, breath, yin-based postures, intuitive energy work, and integration practices designed to help the nervous system settle and the body reconnect to its own rhythm.
All offerings are available in-person, virtually, or through mobile sessions.
