A gentle, grounding experience that weaves together somatic awareness, restorative yin postures, breath, and nervous system support.

This practice invites you to slow down, soften, and listen to the body. Sessions are designed to support regulation, release stored tension, move through the chakra system, and create space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.

There is no pressure to perform — only permission to arrive.
